Believing in the Possibility of Change

When I decided to turn my life around - I wanted to achieve better health, find more purpose, and experience greater joy, I didn't know where to start or what to do. It took me a lot of time, effort, and disappointment to finally realize how to reach my goals. The solution was very easy to say—but not so easy to do: I needed to reprogram my way of thinking, my perceptions, beliefs, and expectations. To put it simply, I needed to change myself into a "new me."

As Albert Einstein said, "We cannot solve our problems with the same thinking we used when we created them"

Understanding the meaning of this statement was a turning point for me, and I hope it will be a turning point for you as well.

How to start reprogramming yourself?

Start with believing in the possibilities of the unknown, accepting that everything has a strong connection with the human mind. In other words, make yourself a scientifically based, spiritual person. That means you need to start believing in the possibilities of the placebo effect, the influence of mental energy, the energy of mental rehearsal, and the power of visualization and meditation.

You have the power to execute this change with your own mind. Start believing in the possibility of changing yourself into a better you. You weren't meant to be the same person for the rest of your life, so don't try to find an excuse to continue to be that same person.

A reminder: If you use the same "old" thoughts, they will produce the same old choices, behaviors, experience, and emotions, none of which will get you to where you want to be. You will stay the same, with no chance to change yourself in any way. Maybe you will feel less stress and anxiety, but you are not going to improve or change yourself. A comfort zone may feel safe, but it doesn't offer the challenges you need to successfully change or improve yourself.

Set your own actions with strong intentions, desires, and positive beliefs. You must do to create the things you desire.

Many improvements fail because people are not ready to change or to take actions and risks. Most importantly—some people don't believe in the possibility of change…and if you can't believe it, you can't achieve it.

Now, we are entering the realm of quantum physics, the branch of physics based on quantum theory. Don't worry, though…I'm not going to walk you through complicated formulas and equations.

I will, however, give you a few well-known statements from  the quantum physics approach: All physical reality is made up of vibrations of energy. Your thoughts (positive or negative) are vibrations of energy and have a powerful effect on what happens to you. Every thought will attract its equivalent: Positive thoughts will attract positive events, and negative thoughts will attract negative events.

Now…it's time for you to do whatever is necessary to change yourself and thereby achieve the life you want to live.
